The subject title was:
“Everywhere - Excellent Hatting on Government Systems - Link”
Ironically, the person who posted it wrote that this “YouTube” video would give people good hatting on the subject.
While I believe the person who posted it was well meaning,in fact this video will actually give people misunderstood words and false data.
